QuicKafe™ begins long before the first bottle — in Poland, 1990, where a young Maciek Mierzwinski entered the green coffee trade just as his country was reopening to the world. By 1993 he had founded Polish Coffee Company S.A., one of the first green coffee import operations in post-communist Poland, building direct relationships with East African exporters that still supply our beans today.
The road ran through London, trading at one of Europe's established coffee houses; back to Poland as Country Head of OLAM Polska, the local arm of one of the world's largest commodity traders; and in 2003, to the United States — founding American Coffee Traders, Inc., and eventually, in 2018, All American Coffee LLC in Old Town, Florida: the company behind QuicKafe.
In 2023, inventor and engineer Emil Shultis joined the story. His proprietary extraction and automation technology — the kind of capability usually reserved for the industry's giants — powers the brand-new production facility we opened in Old Town in 2025. In 2026 he became a full business partner: three decades of coffee trading and world-class engineering, under one roof.
