This page explains how we ship QuicKafe™ orders. It summarizes Section 5 of our Terms & Conditions, which is the governing document — where the two differ, the Terms apply.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States and selected US territories where indicated at checkout. International shipping is not offered at this time. If we offer it in future, it will be subject to additional terms, duties and restrictions.

Shipping cost and method

Shipping costs, available methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Rates are calculated live from the carrier for your address, so the figure you see is the figure you are charged.

Free UPS Ground shipping within the United States applies to qualifying orders. Whether your order qualifies, and anything still needed to reach the threshold, is shown in your cart.

When your order ships

You will receive a tracking notification by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Delivery times are estimates

Carrier delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Concentrates and temperature

Our concentrates are shelf-stable, and we take reasonable packaging steps for temperature-sensitive shipments. Once a parcel is delivered, prompt retrieval and proper storage are your responsibility — particularly in very hot or very cold weather.

Risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us straight away with your order number and photographs and we will work it out with you.

Wholesale and B2B

Wholesale orders ship on the same schedule. Freight arrangements for larger orders are agreed case by case — see the wholesale page or contact us.
