Coffee Old Fashioned
Bourbon's favorite drink, with a dark roasted undertow.
You'll need
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 tsp QuicKafe concentrate
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 dashes chocolate or aromatic bitters
- A large ice cube and an orange peel
How to make it
- Stir the bourbon, concentrate, maple, and bitters with ice for 20 seconds.
- Strain over one big cube in a rocks glass.
- Express the orange peel over the top (skin side down, give it a squeeze) and drop it in. Coffee and orange are secret best friends.
☕ Good to know: A teaspoon of concentrate deepens any whiskey cocktail the way bitters do — think of it as the bottle moonlighting as a bar ingredient. 21+ only.
