White Russian

You'll need

• 2 oz vodka
• 1 tbsp QuicKafe concentrate
• 2 tsp simple syrup (or maple syrup)
• 1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half
• A rocks glass full of ice

How to make it

1. Stir the vodka, concentrate, and syrup together in an ice-filled rocks glass.
2. Float the cream over the top by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon.
3. Serve as-is for the marbled look, or stir before sipping. The concentrate does the job coffee liqueur usually does — real coffee flavor, and you control the sweetness.
