Real coffee ice cream. No machine. Three ingredients doing all the work.

You'll need

2 cups heavy cream, cold
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
3 tbsp QuicKafe concentrate
A pinch of salt

How to make it

Whip the cream to stiff peaks.
Fold in the condensed milk, concentrate, and salt until even — gently, keeping the air in.
Freeze in a loaf pan for 6 hours. Scoop like you bought it somewhere expensive.

☕ Good to know: The condensed milk is the anti-ice-crystal trick — that's why no churning is needed. Drizzle a ribbon of extra concentrate through before freezing for a marbled swirl.
